Rocky Mountain Restoration Ask Rocky Mountain Restoration co-owner C.J. Smith how he and business partner Adam Webster were able to grow a small business launched in the thick of a recession while both were still college sophomores, Smith offers a simple explanation.

Smith and Webster met while working for a water-damage restoration company while both attended Arizona State University. They didn’t agree with that they saw becoming the industry status quo – workers who were unprofessional, lacked empathy for clients and many so tough-looking that Smith said he wouldn’t be comfortable with them entering his grandmother’s home.
